Theme License & Refund Policy Notice

Please note that each theme license is valid for use on one Shopify store only. A separate license must be purchased for every additional store where the theme is installed, used, or published.

Theme licenses are managed exclusively by Shopify through the Shopify Theme Store. Theme developers do not have access to license ownership records and cannot transfer, reassign, recover, or modify licenses on behalf of merchants.

By purchasing and using this theme, you agree to comply with Shopify's Theme Store License Agreement and all applicable licensing terms.

Refund Policy

All theme purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of Shopify themes and the immediate access provided upon purchase, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once a theme has been purchased.

We strongly recommend reviewing the theme's features, documentation, and live demo before making a purchase to ensure that it meets your requirements.

For questions regarding billing, payments, license ownership, or store assignments, please contact Shopify Support directly, as Shopify is solely responsible for processing theme purchases and managing theme licenses.
